You will be responsible for managing all company assets, ensuring efficient utilisation, proper maintenance, and accurate tracking. You will play a key role in ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available, well maintained and aligned with operational needs. This role will require close collaboration with our operation teams.

• Manage the acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and disposal of all company assets including diagnostic tools and electrical test equipment.
• Maintain an accurate and up to date asset register, ensuring all assets are tracked and accounted for.
• Oversee regular maintenance, inspection, and calibration of tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Work closely with the management team to plan for asset purchases, upgrades and replacements as needed.
• Monitor the utilisation of assets to minimise downtime and optimise efficiency.
• Prepare asset reports for management, including depreciation schedules and budget forecasting.
• Manage spare parts inventory to prevent shortages and delays in service.
• Ensure all assets comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate insurance cover for assets and handle claims processing where necessary.
