DPF Regeneration

Ecutech offers advanced static DPF regeneration services using full OEM level diagnostic systems. This process is used when passive or active regeneration has failed and the ECU has triggered a DPF lockout due to excessive soot accumulation, pressure differential thresholds or regeneration interrupt limits.

We use manufacturer specific tools to bypass lockout conditions and manually trigger a forced regeneration, even when the system is in restricted or limp mode. During the process, we actively monitor key parameters including exhaust gas temperatures, pressure differentials, pre/post DPF sensor readings and regeneration state flags.

Where necessary, we correct underlying causes such as faulty sensors, failed glow plugs or poor injection balance before initiating regeneration. Post process validation includes soot mass recalibration, ash loading checks and confirmation of restored DPF flow and pressure levels.

This service is ideal for vehicles that have been used under unsuitable drive cycles, misfired regenerations or software imposed lockouts. We restore full system function without unnecessary DPF replacement.
