ECU PCB Repair

At Ecutech, we carry out ECU PCB Repair and full low level repair of ECU printed circuit boards (PCBs) in house. This includes diagnosing and repairing faults at component level using precision tools and micro soldering under magnification.

Common issues include broken tracks, burnt components, failed drivers, corroded pins, short circuits and water ingress damage. We trace and repair signal paths, replace surface mounted components (SMDs) and rework multilayer boards where necessary.

We also recover and verify critical EEPROM, MPC and flash data to restore functionality, especially in cases of immobiliser lockout, failed tuning attempts or corrupted firmware. Every repair is electrically and functionally tested before reinstallation.
