ECU Tuning

At Ecutech, all ECU tuning is carried out fully in house. We don’t buy generic files or outsource calibration. Every tune is built by ourselves to suit the specific vehicle, hardware and customer requirements.

Using specialist tuning tools, we access the ECU via OBD, bench or boot mode, depending on the security level of the unit. We modify fuel, ignition, boost, torque limiters, throttle response and other critical maps to improve power delivery, efficiency and drivability, all while maintaining system safety and reliability.

Our in house approach allows full control over the process, including checksum correction, proper logging and post tune validation. Whether it’s a standard Stage 1 or 2 calibration, DPF or EGR adjustment or more advanced tuning on locked or damaged ECUs, we handle it ourselves from start to finish.

Tuning at Ecutech isn’t file loading, it’s engineering.
