Fiat 500 cluster problem.

A typical fault on this vehile is where the indicator warning lights and/or other warning lights will stay dimly lit. The problem is at component level on the PCB and not related to the vehicles loom.

We bench tested the cluster and also found other issues to do with a faulty CAN tx chip when we used the scope. We changed the faulty components and the faults were rectified. These vehicles also suffer from incorrect CAN proxy alignment, usually caused by a flat battery or other failed module in the network, (usually the poor quality Magneti Marelli Bluetooth&ME module), which manifests itself by annoyingly flashing the mileage on the cluster. We can also remove this module at software level.
