Jaguar X Type Cluster Clone.
Not sure what the original fault was with this as this job was done for a remote customer and we had very limited information.
Jaguar X Type Cluster Clone.
Using UPA, we soldered wire connections onto various locations of the PCB and read the contents of the flash/eeprom of the original cluster.
We did the same for the replacement cluster, writing the original dump onto it.
Cluster was bench tested and activated using a break-out cable we made, connected to a DS150e.
The CAN H/L pins were also checked with a scope for proper pattern and voltages.
