At Ecutech, we perform full vehicle setup coding to ensure that all installed modules, features and systems are correctly configured after repair, retrofit or replacement. This process aligns each control unit’s settings with the vehicle’s exact specification, including VIN, region, trim level and available equipment.
We use OEM diagnostic tools to carry out initial parameterisation, variant coding and custom feature enabling. This includes configuring lighting systems, driver assist features, climate control settings, gearbox adaptation, electronic parking brake calibration and more.
Setup coding is essential after module replacement, battery disconnection, retrofits or software updates to prevent faults and ensure correct system behaviour.
