Siemens PPD1, multiple DPF related errors, temperature and pressure, soot content was only 45%.

Another vehicle that had been to several garages and had the parts bin fired at it.  

Vehicle would constantly fall into limp mode with a DPF temp error and or DPF pressure error. 

We tested the ECU and diagnosed the fault as several blown capacitors.

We replaced with new components and bench tested.

The customer requested that we remove the DPF from the software regardless of the repair as they did not want to deal with any future problems with the system. 

They also requested our Gold Tune which transformed it into a responsive, fuel efficient towing vehicle.
